Whether it's taking my boys to Jeanne Hansen Community Park and the splash pad during the summer, walking one of the many neighborhood trails, or heading over to nearby hiking trails after work, there's always something to do outside. If you're someone who values an active lifestyle and enjoys being surrounded by nature, this community really delivers. At the same time, you're not giving up convenience. The neighborhood has grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, fitness options, and everyday services right on the Ridge, while larger shopping areas in North Bend, Issaquah, and Bellevue are just a short drive away. The splash pad is completely free and features interactive water play, a giant dump bucket, and fun Pacific Northwest-themed features inspired by local wildlife. If you love mountain views and being surrounded by nature, it's hard to beat Snoqualmie Ridge. On a clear day you'll have incredible views of Mount Si and the Cascade Mountains, and you're never far from a trail, park, or outdoor adventure.

Newer Homes

Compared to many Eastside neighborhoods, most homes in Snoqualmie Ridge were built within the last 25 to 30 years. That means you'll often find more modern floor plans, larger kitchens, higher ceilings, and updated features that many buyers are looking for.
